RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for using inSnap. We value our customers and strive to provide the best experience possible. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our policies and procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

All purchases made through the Apple iTunes Store, Google Play Store, or the inSnap website are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except as required by applicable law.

Once you have accessed or downloaded the digital content, you acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right for digital products under EU consumer law does not apply, as you have begun to access the digital content.

CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please note the following:

  • Subscriptions purchased through the Apple iTunes Store: To cancel, please go to your Apple ID settings, view your subscriptions, and select the inSnap subscription to manage or cancel it.
  • Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store: To cancel, please open the Google Play Store app, tap Menu > Subscriptions, select the inSnap subscription, and then tap Cancel subscription.
  • Subscriptions purchased through the inSnap website: To cancel, please log in to your account on the inSnap website, go to your account settings, and select the option to cancel your subscription.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

EXCEPTIONS

We may consider requests for refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our services, which our technical team cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
  • Incorrect or accidental charges, where you can provide evidence of the error.

To request a refund in such circumstances, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with details of your purchase and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.
