Payment Methods

inSnap accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others as indicated at checkout)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay (for iOS app users)
  • Google Pay (for Android app users)
  • Other payment methods may be available depending on your region

Currencies

inSnap primarily processes payments in US Dollars (USD). In some regions, we may offer the option to pay in your local currency. The exchange rate used for currency conversion is determined by our payment processors and may include a conversion fee.

Payment Processing

When you make a purchase through the inSnap app:

  • For purchases made through the Apple App Store, your payment information and transactions are handled by Apple.
  • For purchases made through the Google Play Store, your payment information and transactions are handled by Google.
  • For purchases made directly through our website, your payment information is securely processed by our third-party payment processors. inSnap does not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Subscription Billing

For subscription services:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You will be charged the same amount as your initial subscription fee unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your account settings in the app store where you purchased the subscription or through our website if you purchased directly from us.

If your payment is declined or fails for any reason:

  1. Double-check that your payment information is correct and up-to-date.
  2. Ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account or available credit on your card.
  3. If you continue to experience issues, contact your bank or payment provider to ensure there are no restrictions on your account.
